THE HOW TO
Shake for 10 seconds before use
Use two coats for lighter colors (like yellow + white) for maximum pop
If using without strip lashes: Use translucent setting powder after applying if the liner still feels sticky
If using with strip lashes: Don’t worry about the stickiness before you get the lashes on, it’ll stay just long enough for you to get your lashes on
Remove using makeup remover or cleanser, like our TLC
P.S. Try applying a layer of white liner underneath some of the colors to make them pop even more! Just make sure the white layer is fully dry before applying a second color.
